Debs – CHILL Participant:
“I found out about chill through a friend who’s got multiple sclerosis, and I’ve got the same and she told me about the benefits and persuaded me to give it a go. These sessions have had an incredible impact on my health. I find that after the sessions I have better clarity of thoughts. I feel like my brain has been hovered out! I feel so much clearer in terms of my pain, my neuropathic pain.

The team are so encouraging and reassuring. They just take you wherever you are, whatever the situation is, and encourage and help you. I would recommend the sessions I have been to. They’re incredible. The results are incredible, and I’ve made some really good friends. People get different things from the sessions, but for me it’s all about my physical health. I don’t have any pain after the sessions.

I know there are other people there that have suffered with arthritis, and they don’t have any pain anymore, and for other people it’s to do with their mental health. Everybody gets different things from the sessions. I can’t recommend them enough!
